Black Rappers History Month was
founded by Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.
in 2025 to applaud, extol, and give shout
outs, to the creative and articulate Black
Men and Black Women who stand up
and standout, and tell their deep truths,
be it about how life is coming up on their
side of the tracks, or about their passions
and loves, and even about partying to the
break of dawn, and even gangsta rap, or
any other unexpected topics that they
decide to hit us hard with, using 'cold
flows' and tricky word plays and beats
that are the hallmarks of Hip Hop, which
is at least a half century old and
incontrovertibly reverberates with the
forward thinkers in every nation on the
planet, and is dedicated to the proposition
that almost anyone can express in rhyme
how they boldly feel.
The Founder of Black Rappers History Month,
Ralph C. Winge, D.D.S.,
is also a Rap and Hip Hop enthusiast,
a USC Dental School Graduate,
and elucidator of elatus labialis wingeulus.
